I try not to proselytize, but being stronger has huge benefits. Compared to almost anything else we do in life, getting and staying strong has a super-high cost:benefit ratio.

For years, the slogan of Climb Strong has been "Strength is Safety." It's from a quip my friend Steve Petro made, and it's come to mean so much more than it might at first glance.
