I think one of the reasons I love authors like Daniel Kahneman and Nassim Taleb is that I feel utterly stupid when I first read their work. I have come to like this feeling, because one of the great blunders I keep coming up against in life is the peril of assuming I’m smart…and the disastrous consequences that can follow.
